In this Blog, I will be breaking down the best wedding venues based on beauty, organization, and total vibe.

The BEST wedding venues in Orlando (from a photographer's stand point)

If you are looking for a venue that is a secluded oasis quietly tucked away in nature with tall cypress trees, lakes, and wildlife you must check out Cypress Creek Farmhouse in Astatula, Florida. Every time I photograph and film weddings there I feel I am connected with nature again. (This is essential when during busy season I can easily spend 16 hours behind the computer screen editing!)

When I ask my couples why they chose Cypress Creek Farmhouse they say things like "The moment I walked out to the ceremony space and saw the lake behind the alter I knew it was the one!" (See photo above) or "I feel so lucky to have such amazing venue owners (Tay and Craig) guiding me along this journey and making me feel like family."

Tay and Craig have been in the wedding industry for a long time and have their business organized and stream lined ensuring that every couple feels cared about and taken care of. It is so easy to work with them and all of their couples are SO happy after their wedding day is finally over. If you want a venue that has all inclusive packages that make selecting vendors that know the ins and outs this could be the perfect venue for you!

If you are looking for a photographer or videographer that is passionate about capturing the beautiful memories, details, and moments of your wedding day, look no further! ;)

The Carriage house at vedder Farms

If you are looking for a wedding venue that feels like you are up in the mountains but still in Florida, The Carriage House at Vedder Farms in Leesburg is your venue! Every time I photograph and film there I blown away by their overlook next to ceremony space especially since most of Florida is totally flat! Images don't do justice but I will include one below so you can kind of get an idea of what I am talking about!

When I ask my couples why they chose The Carriage House at Vedder Farms, they say things like "I LOVE all of nature around the venue and I am obsessed with the large getting ready spaces!" or "Jessica and David (venue owners) are so down to earth and helpful. It was already a no brainer, but their  friendliness and hospitality brought our experiences to another level!"

Jessica and David have put their heart and soul into building this dream venue and it shows! I feel so grateful that I get to work their often and be in their easy going but driven presence.

I could type an entire book about this place and the owners but you might as well just go see for your self!

If you are looking for a wedding venue that feels like you are at a gorgeous Spanish estate, Villa Festa in Deland, Florida is it! Every time I photograph and film there the vibes are luxurious but relaxed at the same time.

The lighting inside the venue is UNREAL and the ceremony space is stunning! A huge oak tree shades the ceremony space and acts as a backdrop for the soon-to-be married couple. Not to mention, they also offer a weekend stay in their packages which is extremely rare in Orlando! If you have family coming from out of town or you just don't want to drive after your wedding night this could be the perfect option for you.

Beyond all of that, Beth and Bryan are the nicest people on this planet. They care so much about making sure all of their couples and vendors have the best experience when at their venue and it shows! I feel so grateful to photograph and film weddings there!

Check them out and go book a tour to see for yourself!
